Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Mad Locs products are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, shape, sizing, image placement, wrapping, or detailing may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered faults.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipping begins.

Mad Locs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are created specifically for you.

Please double-check all custom details before placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Processing Times

As products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may change during busy periods, sales, launches, or holidays.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mad Locs is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by postal services once orders have been shipped.

Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided.

Mad Locs is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, water exposure, excessive heat, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, logos, product photos, graphics, and content remain the property of Mad Locs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Mad Locs, customers acknowledge that products are used at their own discretion.

Mad Locs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
